Charles J. Bubeck - Ease Founder, President & CEO
With almost 30 years experience in the computer industry, Mr. Bubeck is an active entrepreneur in the technology marketplace. After studying computer science at the University of Maryland and holding various engineering and sales positions, he founded Columbia Micro Systems. He then joined Apple Computer as a Senior Systems Engineer, helping launch the original Macintosh® computer in 1984. While at Apple, Mr. Bubeck’s various roles included managing the company’s east coast System Engineering and support initiatives and resources. Immediately following his ten-year career at Apple, Mr. Bubeck launched Ease Technologies in June of 1993, along with several former Apple employees. Beginning with four employees and under Mr. Bubeck’s leadership and experience, Ease has grown to be recognized as an important high tech innovator in the region for the past fifteen years.

Leo F. Farber - Vice President & COO
With over 30 years experience in the business community and after studying Business Administration at the University of Maryland, Mr. Farber held sales and executive management positions with Harris-Lanier and Booz Allen & Hamilton, for 14 and 5 years respectively. During his 14 years at Harris-Lanier Mr. Farber achieved the number one position in sales, sales management and executive management. In 1995, Mr. Farber joined Ease Technologies to provide strategic sales management and currently overseas all management operations at the company.

C. David Kile - Vice President
With over 20 years of experience in the computing industry, Mr. Kile is one of the original founders of Ease Technologies. He has served in both technical and non-technical positions for the organization including Marketing, Director of Software Development and Infrastructure, and Business Development. Mr. Kile has a B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a focus on Geographic Information Systems, and currently serves as a board member of the Howard County Technology Corridor and is a Member of the Howard Community College Technology Advisory Board.  Mr. Kile was president and founder of Alpha Technologies Group, a multimedia information services company, a systems consultant with Clancy Paul and Associates, as well as held various technical and business development positions with Apple Computer, Inc.

John A. Douglas, Jr.  - Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Douglas is an 18-year computing industry veteran with experience in software development, business development and strategy, technology integration, and marketing. His experience includes tenures at Apple Computer, Alpha Technologies Group, and extensive work for Micro Dynamics, Ltd. in the areas of document imaging, high speed search & retrieval, and process automation / workflow management applications. Mr. Douglas also served as Global Director of Trading & Operations for Reuters with customers in and domain over Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East.  Mr. Douglas has a B.A. in English from the College of Arts & Sciences of Georgetown University.
