Account Executive
Ease is seeking high-energy Sales Representative is are willing to learn and grow in their career with our company. Successful candidates will specialize in identifying, acquiring and growing the Ease Technologies Information Technology services business. On-site in Columbia, MD.
Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding account requirements and positioning Ease solutions. Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, time lines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts and budgets. Execute various calling campaigns by leveraging lead sources derived by other sales channels. Leverage the knowledge and contacts generated by other channels including technology partners, customers, and internal leads developed through technical resources. Conduct research and industry/company profiling to identify key contacts at prospective customers within assigned vertical markets. Work closely with project and technical resources to support proposal development and presentations to clients. Learn and maintain an educated view of Ease’s vertical markets.
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic and positive attitude and willingness to learn. Bachelor's degree required. Career entry to 3 years experience selling services or products to businesses, with technology solutions selling experience helpful. Thorough understanding of the selling process, including formal training and/or experience in direct selling and strategy development required. Must demonstrate a proven ability to represent a company to various levels of management in a range of organizations. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, along with strong organizational skills a must, with polished and professional appearance.
